The Construction: We will be working with Hemp Technologies in the construction of our first community. We will be using a combination of Hempcrete, Hemp Lumber, Organic Insulation, and bamboo in the construction of the actual homes.

The community will be outfitted with a solar field and wind turbines to provide clean power to all residents. We will also have our own Water Treatment facility along with gardens, farm grounds, and green houses. This design idea will assure that all residents can not only be energy independent but also food independent.

The Lifestyle: Life in the community will be so new to residents that we will be hiring trained staff to help our residents adjust to this new way of living. Many of our residents will be used to living in squalor and the idea of not having to pay to live a high technological community will be mind blowing. We wish for our residents to take pride in their new way of living and find passion and pleasure in assisting with helping the community operate. As our program grows to the development of more communities we will begin exploring with design ideas the suit different ways of life. We want our communities to thrive with culture, food, family, adventure, comfort, and safety for all residents. The lifestyle within the community is LIVING! Always something to do, someone to talk to, and amazement to be found

Working in the community: Each community system that we build will require both machine power and human power to function properly. Our goal is to utilize technology to create as little mundane physical labor for our residents, while still allowing them to participate in the daily duties of life. Residents will have an option of deciding what trade they wish to learn. These trades will range but are not limited to agriculture, fashion design, art, entertainment, culinary, visual arts, fitness, health, education, inventing, science and more.  Through our funding efforts we will contract the leaders in these fields to live and train the residents to become some of the most skilled people in the world.

Families in the community: The family is one of the most significant factors of our communities. Many families have been destroyed by poverty, money problems, debt, credit etc. By removing these elements from the family household we hope to encourage couples marrying for life, both parents raising children, and children that grow up to be ready and able to tackle the challenges that face our world. The family is the core of success for our country and now is the time we begin making ours as strong as can be.

Education: If we want to invest in our country we must invest in the education of our people. With the invetion of search engines the traditional method of school is out dated in many ways. College is extremely to expensive and public schools are extremely underfunded. We will be contracting the leaders in science, math, language, architecture, fitness, health, sex, energy, philosophy, new age, religion, and more, to teach our people of all ages the required skills that will be needed in the Present Future.
